The Pyt chair is part of the Pyt family which consists of Pyt, Pyt bar stool and Python chairs. With the main focus on functionality, a special construction of the plywood shell with enlarged thickness in the curve makes the collection extremely strong and elegant.
Pyt is the smallest chair of the Pyt family. The chair gained its playful looks from the minimalist backrest which comfortably supports the back but remains unnoticed. However, Pyt will not stay inconspicuous – its design makes everybody think of his/her own associations. Thanks to the simplicity, Pyt chairs will perfectly suit any style interiors without distracting the attention from the central object, but perfectly complementing and highlighting it. The thinnest part of the backrest was created discreetly thicker enhancing the beauty of bent plywood and making the chair more resistant. Pyt is applied in cafés, restaurants, hotels, offices, receptions and other public spaces as an independent chair or as a part of Pyt family. Due to the stackability of these wooden chairs, they are easier to keep and move.
Pyt has the same backrest curves as Python except without the upper part of Python which serves as a hanger, therefore a mix of these chairs can be used in an interior.
Tested according to DIN EN 1728, DIN EN 13 761, strength and durability tests required for public furniture.
